THE REGULATION
The European Construction Product Regulation has the objective of having the characteristics of Reaction to fire (called Classes) of electrical cables, of control and communication permanently installed in buildings and engineering works, however subject to fire performance prescription.For more details see offical European Commission document.
This regulation is applied since 1/7/2017 and makes mandatory:
1) CE Markings
It certifies the class of reaction to fire performance of a construction product and also guarantees the traceability of the production process.

2) DoP - Declaration of Performance
is the "identity card" of the product and must contain: the intended uses, the name and address of the manufacturer, the evaluation system and the relevant standard, the data of the Certified Laboratory which carried out the reaction to fire tests and finally the declaration of reaction to fire performance.
